Five Sharp

For families who cook

The Sunday dinner planner

Every Thursday, one complete plan for Sunday: the menu, the full recipes, a combined shopping list, and a cooking timeline that puts every dish on the table at the same moment.

No credit card. One magic link and you’re in.

One dinner, not seven.

Not a whole-week meal planner. The one meal everybody sits down for.

Not a meal kit.

Nothing ships to your door. You shop, you cook.

Not a recipe site.

No scrolling through forty options. One decided menu.

Real plans, from real households

Not samples. These are plans Five Sharp generated and their cooks chose to publish — open any one and read the whole thing, recipes and all, before you sign up for anything.

What arrives every Thursday

One plan. Four parts. Nothing to assemble yourself.

A decided menu

A main and its sides, chosen to go together, from a different cuisine each week. No shortlist to narrow down — the deciding is the part that was taking your Thursday.

Full recipes

Every dish written out properly: ingredients, quantities and instructions you can actually follow, sized to the number of people at your table.

One combined grocery list

Every ingredient across every dish, added together and grouped by aisle. One trip, and no surprises at the register.

A cooking timeline

Counted backwards from the hour you want to eat. Follow it forward and every dish finishes at the same moment — then you sit down.

Two minutes to set up

Tell us who’s eating: adults, kids, allergies, what nobody will touch, how much heat you like, and where you shop. Once. Every plan after that is built around that table.

Thursday the plan arrives. Sunday you cook. If a week doesn’t suit, skip it — nothing is generated and nothing is wasted.

Questions

What is a Sunday dinner planner?
It is a weekly plan for one meal. Every Thursday Five Sharp sends a complete Sunday dinner: the menu, full recipes for every dish, one combined shopping list grouped by aisle, and a cooking timeline counted backwards from the hour you want to eat, so everything finishes at the same moment.
Does it plan all my meals for the week?
No, and that is deliberate. Five Sharp plans one dinner a week — the one where everyone actually sits down together. If you want seven days of meals planned, this is not the right tool and we would rather say so now.
Is there a shopping list?
Yes. Every ingredient across every dish in the menu is combined into a single grocery list and grouped by aisle, so it is one trip with no surprises at the register.
Does it handle allergies and picky eaters?
Yes. You tell us once who is eating — adults, kids, allergies, what nobody will touch, how much heat you like, and where you shop. It takes about two minutes and every plan afterwards is built around that table.
What does it cost?
One Sunday plan a week is free, with no credit card. Plus is $12.99 a month or $99 a year and adds any-day planning, weekday shifting, vacation mode and PDF exports. Reserve is $19.99 a month or $199 a year and adds per-person preferences and dish swaps.
Do I have to install an app?
No. Five Sharp runs in your browser and the plan arrives by email. There is nothing to download and no account password — you sign in with a magic link.
