What Five Sharp provides

Five Sharp generates Sunday dinner plans using AI. Each plan includes a menu, recipes, a cooking timeline, and a shopping list, built around the household profile you provide.

Your account

You sign in via magic links sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure. One account per person.

Subscriptions and billing

Five Sharp offers a free tier and two paid subscriptions, Five Sharp Plus and Five Sharp Reserve, billed monthly or yearly at the prices shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; by subscribing you also agree to Stripe’s terms.

• Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (each month or each year) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal.
• Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep paid access through the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
• Refunds. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Canceling stops future charges but does not refund the current period.
• Price changes. We may change subscription prices. Any change applies to your next billing period, and we will email you in advance if a change affects you.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the free tier until payment succeeds.
• Referral credits. Referral rewards, such as a free week or bonus plans, have no cash value, are not transferable, and are forfeited if you cancel your paid subscription.

If you delete your account while subscribed, your subscription is canceled and access ends as described above.

Plans are AI-generated. Your responsibility

Plans are produced by an AI language model. They are starting points, not professional culinary or medical advice. You are responsible for:

• Verifying that ingredients are safe for you and your guests, particularly around allergies and dietary restrictions.
• Cooking food to safe internal temperatures and handling raw ingredients hygienically.
• Confirming any nutritional or medical claims with a qualified professional before relying on them.

We do our best to honor the dietary restrictions and preferences you enter, but you should always double-check the generated plan before shopping or cooking.

Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the service. Specifically: don’t attempt to overwhelm, reverse-engineer, or extract bulk content from the platform; don’t resell or redistribute generated plans for commercial use without written permission.

Intellectual property

Five Sharp owns the platform itself: the application, the prompt system, and the underlying design. You own the plans we generate for you and may use them freely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Service availability

Five Sharp is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uptime, plan quality, or freedom from errors. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing notices@fivesharp.com.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Sharp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved in the courts having jurisdiction over the operator.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will email you before it takes effect.
