Ingredients

  • 500g boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced thinly

Cooking / Baking

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant (~1 minute).
  3. Add chicken slices, stir-fry until fully cooked (~5-7 minutes).
  4. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers, stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens (~2 minutes).
  7. Remove from heat, drizzle with sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Serve hot immediately.

Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 300g cooked jasmine rice (preferably chilled)

Instructions

Ingredients

  • 200g glutinous rice flour
  • 100g red bean paste
  • 50g sesame seeds
  • 100g sugar
  • 150ml water
  • 500ml vegetable oil for frying

Cooking / Baking

Instructions

  1. Mix rice flour and water to make a dough.
  2. Divide dough into small balls, flatten, and fill with red bean paste. Reshape into balls.
  3. Roll each ball in sesame seeds.

  • 1 liter water
  • 50g sugar
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil and brew tea bags for 5-7 minutes.
